Pian del Sole Sassello Hotel Restaurant, in the heart of the Beigua Park, in a splendid location overlooking the ancient village and the green hills of the Savona hinterland. The Pian del Sole Hotel Restaurant is an elegant and comfortable structure, perfect for any stay.

The hotel has thirty-two rooms with a terrace and two apartments with kitchenette, there is a renowned pizza restaurant with a large panoramic room and one large outdoor swimming pool available to guests with sunbeds and umbrellas. By the pool on summer evenings cocktail bar, musical events, aperitifs. The Hotel has a well-kept lawn with a large wooden patio, perfect for organizing events, weddings and ceremonies. Every morning for our guests is prepared a rich sweet and savory buffet breakfast with cakes, brioche, focaccia and jams, freshly prepared every day in the renowned kitchen of our restaurant.

The renowned Sassello Restaurant is part of the Pian del Sole Hotel. Dal 1983 the Chef Ivano Ravera and his staff prepare everything by hand: bread and focaccia, homemade pasta, traditional local dishes and exquisite homemade desserts, entirely of own production. The Chef combines the refinement of his cuisine with the use of excellent zero-kilometer raw materials offered by the area. From vegetables grown in the restaurant's garden, from the delicious Sassello mushrooms to the fine meat from small local farms; dishes that tell the scents, the flavors, the millenary history and traditions of the Savona hinterland. Chef Ravera offers an extensive menu, of land and fish, with homemade pasta and a wide and always different choice of desserts able to satisfy all palates and all needs. In the evening is also open the excellent pizzeria with wood oven and in summer the hotel pool becomes a cocktail bar with aperitifs, and musical events.
